Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved. ARs: AR Mike LaBonte to add IBISCHK7.0.1 for MacOS - Mike has not had access to a Mac setup with Xcode compiler. AR Bob Ross to get developer quote for IBIS-ISS parser - No response yet IBISCHK7 source code license: Bob Ross reported that 8 of 9 expected payments had been received. The last was received Jan 31. New IBISCHK bugs: Bob Ross said Michael Mirmak had reported a [Model Selector] issue. Bob deemed it to not be a problem. Model Selector was a top level keyword, although that is not 100% clear in the IBIS specification. Randy Wolff noted that a Model Selector had been placed in the middle of a Component in the bug testcase. Bob was not sure whether to post the bug report. We decided it should be posted. Bob said [Model Selector] was introduced by BIRD 30.2. BUG207: Randy Wolff summarized the history of BUG207. There was a risk of "breaking" existing models if a new check was added. Randy and Bob Ross had agreed to deem it not a bug. Lance Wang felt it was a bug. He said the model plus its Submodels represented the whole data set for the model. If Submodel was used the set should still be required to match V-T data. Randy noted that the curves switched in and out. A simulator can handle that but IBISCHK simply looks at the top model. Lance said he did not use Submodel very much, partly because simulators differed. Mike asked if a warning should be issued instead of an error in the case where Submodels or driver schedule were present. Bob said driver schedule was different, this issue was only about Submodel. He said there was a workaround except for one rare case, where receiving and driving modes differed. Bob felt the status should be NOT A BUG. This would be proposed at the next Open Forum. IBIS-ISS parser: Discussion was tabled. Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the meeting ended. Meeting ended: 11:34 ET Next meeting February 18, 2020
